We assess your current stage of complexity. Then we speak to the problems occurring at that level, before addressing the problems that are potentially on the horizon. We graph and illustrate your complexity in a way that highlights the specific problems that are impacting your business the most. 

The key is creating and keeping an updated and accurate catalog of your systems. We divide these into Abstractions of the Business and the Abstractions of the Systems.
